Shortbread Banoffee Tarts

A dreamy no-bake dessert with smooth and sweet caramel topping that takes just 15 minutes to prepare... you won't believe how easy these fresh banana and whipped cream Shortbread Banoffee Tarts are to make!

Just three words: crumbly, creamy and delicious!

Ingredients

397g Ready made caramel

2 Bananas

300ml cream, whipped

Chocolate shavings

Method

Lay out the Shortbread Highlanders on a tray.

Add the caramel to a piping bag and pipe a generous amount onto each Highlander. Alternatively spread with a knife.

Thinly slice the banana and arrange a chunky layer on top of the caramel.

Top with whipped cream and chocolate shavings. Enjoy immediately!
