All Walker’s gluten free biscuits are certified by Coeliac UK. Each product meets the standard for gluten free food, which is to have less than 20 parts per million of gluten. Every batch is tested to ensure compliance before being released.
Ingredients: Flour blend (rice, potato starch, maize flour, stabiliser: xanthan gum), vegetable oils (rapeseed, palm), sugar, dark chocolate chunks (13%) (sugar, cocoa mass, cocoa butter, emulsifier: soya lecithin; natural vanilla flavouring), gluten free oats, golden syrup (partially inverted refiners syrup), orange oil, raising agent: sodium bicarbonate; salt, skimmed milk powder.
