Recruitment


You will have an interview, either in person or by telephone, where we will go through questions regarding your application. The interview will last roughly 30 minutes with a member of our recruitment team. If you are successful at this stage you will be invited to a stage 2/Induction.

You will need proof of right to work identification, providing original documents, we accept for UK residents: UK birth certificate or In-date passport along with NI evidence. For Non-UK residents: an In-date Non UK passport or ID Card with EEU Settlement Status or Biometric residence permit or In-date EU Passport with work visa along with NI evidence. You will meet one of our HR Advisors, who will take you through every step of the recruitment process.

Please arrive 15 minutes before your start time and go to the area you were shown at stage 2/induction, you will meet your trainer who will issue your shoes, clock card and show you where your locker and facilities are. Once you are ready to go into the factory, your trainer will show you where you will be working and what is expected, but you will be placed with experienced employees to help you get up to speed. Our experienced training team will then work with you to complete tasks to our work instruction standards. Everyone starts on a 12 week trial basis.
