What happens during the interview?

You will have an interview, either in person or by telephone, where we will go through questions regarding your application. The interview will last roughly 30 minutes with a member of our recruitment team. If you are successful at this stage you will be invited to an induction.

What should I do to prepare for an induction?

You will need proof of right to work identification, providing original documents of; For UK residents: UK birth certificate or an in-date UK passport along with a document showing your NI evidence (i.e. payslip, NI letter). For Non-UK residents: an in-date Non-UK passport with EEU Settlement Status or Biometric residence permit or an in-date EU Passport with work visa along with a document showing your NI evidence (i.e. payslip, NI letter). Who will I meet at the induction?

You will meet members of our Recruitment team, Health & Safety team and Occupational Health team who will prepare you for working in our factories.

What will happen on my first day?

Please arrive 15 minutes before your start time and go to the meeting point you were shown at induction. You will meet a trainer who will issue your shoes, clock card and show you where your locker and facilities are. Once you are ready to go into the factory, your trainer will show you where you will be working and what is expected. You will be placed with experienced employees to help you get up to speed. Our experienced training team will work with you to complete tasks with on-the-job training and using work instructions to maintain our high standards of good hygiene practices.
