There’s a new signature serve on the summer scene – our Honey Butter Whisky Sour! Smooth whisky meets honey, fresh lemon, melted butter and egg white shaken to silky perfection.

Topped with grated  Walker’s Mini Shortbread Fingers and served with a buttery shortbread garnish, this golden cocktail is made for longer evenings and shortbread lovers alike.

Effortlessly elegant, it’s a conversation-starting apéritif with an all-butter shortbread twist. Bringing a taste of Speyside with its golden hue and indulgent finish, this cocktail is perfect for your next summer soirée.

Ingredients

2x Walker's Mini Shortbread Fingers

50ml bourbon whisky (or Scotch whisky)

25ml fresh lemon juice

1 tbsp honey

15ml unsalted butter, melted

1 tbsp egg white

Ice

Method

In a shaker add the ice, whisky, lemon juice, honey, egg white and the melted butter then shake vigorously for 30 seconds.

Strain into a whisky tumbler then grate a Walker’s Mini Shortbread Finger over the top then serve with an extra Walker’s Shortbread Mini Finger and enjoy!
